RENPHO Eyeris Shift - The heat function isn't working

There may be a variety of reasons as to why the heat function is not working:

  • The heat settings have been turned off or set to very low - Adjust this using the heat button and ensure that indicator light is either blue or red
  • The device needs to warm up - Wait 1 minute after you have selected your heat function
  • Built-in overheat protection - Let the device cool down and ensure its use in a cool climate.
